OBITUARY

Horace Edward Fulcher, 93 years of age, of Monroe, GA passed away on May 6, 2025. Horace was born on February 5, 1932 to the late Carrie Garrett Fulcher and the late Will Fulcher. Mr. Fulcher was preceded in death by his daughter, the late Penny Huff; three sisters and seven brothers.

Surviving members of the family are, his loving wife of 73 years, Bennie Ruth Fulcher; daughters, Tracye Fulcher, Christie Fulcher; son, Marty Fulcher; brother, Felton Fulcher (Barbara); six grandchildren and seven great grandchildren.

A funeral service will be held on Friday, May 9, 2025 at 1:00 pm in the Chapel of Meadows Funeral Home. Interment will follow at Resthaven Cemetery in Monroe, GA.

Meadows Funeral Home was in charge of the arrangements.
