OBITUARY

Nathan L. Butler, Jr., age 38 of Social Circle, GA, passed away on August 18, 2025.  Nathan was born on December 31, 1986 in Mississippi to the late Nathan L. Butler, Sr. and Deborah Rush.

Mr. Butler, Jr. was preceded in death by his sister, Amy Butler.

Surviving members of the family are his loving companion, Valarie Malcom; daughters, Breanna Souza, Brooklyn Souza, Olivia Butler; sons, Easton Souza, Nolan Trochesset; mother, Deborah Rush; sisters, Nicole Butler, Rebecca Butler; nieces and nephews, Aniyah McKenzie, Dontae McKenzie, Dominique McKenzie, Haley Haynes, Michael Haynes, Darrin Oesterle, Charlie Oesterle, Marie Stewart, Scarlett Stewart, Caeden Browning, and Kialee Melendez.  

A memorial service will be held on Thursday, August 21, 2025 at 3:00 pm in the Chapel of Meadows Funeral Home.  Family and friends will gather after the memorial service to share memories.
