Larry Alca Granger, Sr., of Monroe, Georgia, passed away on Sunday, January 4, 2026. He was born in Dublin, Georgia, on June 2, 1940, to the late Frances Maude Granger and the late George Alca Granger.

He was preceded in death by his loving wife, Melinda Bray Granger.

Larry leaves behind his son, Larry Alca Granger, Jr. (Amy); daughter, Lydia Camille White (John Hickey); 5 grandchildren; 6 great grandchildren.

He will always be remembered for his warmth, kindness, spirit of generosity and the positive imprint he left on the lives of whom he touched on this earth. He is now at home with the Lord, and his family looks forward to seeing him again in heaven one day.

A Celebration of Life will be held for Larry at a later date.
