OBITUARY

Gloria Jean Loucks Briscoe, age 83 of Monroe, passed away on March 13, 2026. She was born on September 5, 1942 in Salamaca, NY to the late Alton Loucks and the late Pearl May Baker Loucks. She was preceded in death by her daughter, the late Tina Marie Adams, and her son, the late Jeffrey Bruce Adams. 

Surviving are husband, John Thomas Briscoe, III; two brother in laws and five sisters in law. 

Gloria ran the nursey at St. Anna’s Catholic Church for many years, she had a strong love for children and helping care for them.

 A Memorial Mass will be held on Saturday March 28th at 10:00 AM at St. Anna’s Catholic Church with Father Brain Buffod officiating. There will a reception to follow the service at Parrish Hall at St. Anna’s Catholic Church.
