Sam and Marsha Astin

I was saddened to learn of Bill's passing. I will never forget the first time I met him. His son Jason is my best friend and always talked about Bill so I felt like I knew him and we also shared a birthday. He was always larger than life and I really enjoyed whenever I got a chance to visit with him. He had the best stories! To Jason, Nova, Izak, Pam and the extended Valentine family; Angela Helene, and I grieve with you. You will be in our thoughts and prayers.

Dear Pam and Family,
I was saddened to hear of Bill’s passing. I had the privilege of meeting Bill through our Words With Friends Group since 2020. I had always admired him for his faith and love for his family. He prayed for my family when my beloved Tim passed away unexpectedly. I can truly see the love in his keepsake video. May God give you strength in the days ahead. Your faith friend from Iowa.

Oh, how we miss you already. Your presence, along with your wife’s, always brought such warmth and joy to the CRCC Clubs events. It’s hard to imagine this year without you, and our hearts ache knowing you won’t be with us. Yet, we take comfort in knowing that the Lord is overjoyed to have you back home with Him.

We know you’re surrounded by peace and joy now, and one day, we’ll be reunited with you. Until then, please tell those who’ve gone before us how much we love them, and that we’ll be together again when God calls us home.

Our prayers are with your wife, that she may find peace in this time, knowing you’re in a place far better than any of us could ever be here on earth. You will always be loved, and your family will remain in our hearts.

Enjoy the eternal joy that you now have, and know that we’ll see you again soon. God bless you, our dear friend.

Hi Bill. I just found out about your passing this morning. I knew it was coming, but it doesn't make it any easier. I just wanted to tell you I enjoyed being your friend all of these years. I can't remember when we met, but it was when we were flying our airplanes on Salem Rd across from AT&T, so I'm guessing maybe mid- 90's or there about. I wanted to tell you how much I enjoyed our friendship, and sharing our hobby, and driving down to Glen's together, and I wanted to thank you for when Judy died, You and Pam went and sat with her at Abby Hospiceee the day before she died on June 19th. Those are the things that mean so much. I wish Dona could have got to know you and Pam better. The day we came over to visit you, she mentioned how nice it was to visit with you. Take care Brother. You are already missed. Barry & Dona Kiefaber
