OBITUARY

Carole Stepp Casper, age 85 of Monroe, passed away on February 21, 2026.  She was born in Walton County, Georgia on December 24, 1940 to the late Arra Overton Wilson Stepp and the late Estin Cerrie Stepp.  She lived in Campton, GA until she married Rayburn Francis Casper and they started their family in Monroe, GA. She was preceded in death by her husband, the late Rayburn Francis Casper; her daughter, the late Penny Casper Hopper, and her infant son, Timothy Rayburn Casper.

Surviving are sons, Shane Casper, Anthony Casper; daughter, Yvette Casper Rooks; 7 grandchildren, and 7 great grandchildren.

A visitation will be held on Tuesday February 24th at Meadows Funeral Home from 5:00 PM until 8:00 PM.  Funeral services will be held on Wednesday February 25th at the Chapel of Meadows Funeral Home at 2:00 PM with the Rev. Jim Draper officiating.  Interment will follow at Campton Church Cemetery.  Meadows Funeral Home, Inc. was in charge of arrangements.
