Howard Phillip Malcom, aged 65, of Social Circle, Georgia, passed away Friday, May 15, 2026. He was born in Georgia, on October 11, 1960, to the late Talmadge Stewart Malcom and the late Tommie Lou West Malcom.

He is preceded in death by his parents; grandparents, Ernest Howard and Josie Bell Malcom, Thomas Coker West, Sr. and Belle West; nephew, Zachary Bryant.

Phil leaves behind his children, Wesley Malcom, Heather Lambert (Brandon), Hunter Malcom; grandchild, Olivia Lambert; sisters, Cindy Marr (Richard), Gail Hawk (Bobby); nephew, Alex Cole.

A visitation will be held at Meadows Funeral Home, from 1:00pm to 2:00pm, on Sunday, May 24, 2026. A memorial service will follow, at 2:00pm, in the Chapel of Meadows Funeral Home, Rev. Don Malcom officiating. Inurnment will take place at Union Chapel Church Cemetery in Monroe, Georgia.
