OBITUARY

Frank Walter Madsen, age 73, of Monroe passed away on July 21, 2026 with his loving wife of 53 years by his side.  Frank was born on October 4, 1952 in Arizona to the late Earnest Walter Madsen and the late Liane Berthiaume Madsen. 

Surviving members of Mr. Madsen’s family is his wife, Ruby Henson Madsen; daughter, Leigh Anne Russell (Daniel); sister, Susan Madsen; grandchildren, Matthew, Madisen, and Makenzie; nieces, Jennifer Gerber and Heather Moore.     

A visitation will be held on Thursday, July 23, 2026 from 5:00 pm until 8:00 pm at Meadows Funeral Home.  A funeral service will be held on Friday, July 24, 2026 at 11:00 am in the Chapel of Meadows Funeral Home with Rev. Mike Farmer and Rev. Frankie Green officiating.  Interment will follow at Hickory Grove Baptist Church Cemetery.
