OBITUARY

John “Johnny” Thomas Parker, Sr, age 81 of Campton, passed away on September 4, 2026. He was born in Walton County on February 17, 1945 to the late Leonard Hugh Parker and the late Ruby Belle Evans Parker.

Surviving are wife, Margaret Wages Parker; sons, Tommy Parker (Ginger), Jimmy Parker (Karen); sister, Brenda Stapp; brothers, Doug Parker (Vicki), Mike Parker (Gail); and his greatest joy, grandchildren Jacob Parker (Marianne), Dylan Parker, Owen Parker, Daniel Parker, and Eli Parker (Haylee); and great granddaughter Emersyn Parker.

A visitation will be held on Tuesday September 8th at Meadows Funeral Home from 12:00 PM until 2:00 PM. Funeral services will follow at 2:00 PM at the Chapel of Meadows Funeral Home with the Rev. Tom Davis and the Rev. Tim Lee officiating. Interment will follow at Campton Church Cemetery. Meadows Funeral Home, Inc. is in charge of arrangements.
