OBITUARY

Haisley Grace Bell, age 4 of Monroe, passed away in the loving arms of her parents on September 29, 2026. Haisley was born in Athens, Georgia on September 13, 2022 to Leann Grace Bell and Dwayne Alan Bell. 

Surviving members of her family are her parents, Dwayne and Leann Bell; grandparents, Frankie and Melissa Casper, Tracy Holder, Christy Cobb; uncle and aunts, Chris and Gracie Ames, Morgan Casper; cousins, Rhylen Ames and Mallory Ames.

Funeral services will be held on Friday, October 2, 2026 at 1:30 pm in the Chapel of Meadows Funeral Home with Pastor Cort Chavis officiating. Meadows Funeral Home, Inc. is in charge of arrangements.

Haisley was a beautiful soul who touched the lives of everyone who had the privilege of knowing her. She had a beautiful smile that lit up every room she was in. She had a special love for the beach and the beautiful colors of the world around her. There was something so special about the joy she found in the simple things, and those memories will forever be treasured by her family and everyone who was blessed to know her. Haisley was deeply loved, fiercely cherished, and will be missed more than words could express. Though her time with us was far too short, the love she gave and the memories she left behind will remain in our hearts forever. Our sweet Haisley will always be our beautiful little girl, loved beyond measure and never forgotten.
