Keith was my first cousin. I was at the hospital in Monroe the day he was born.
Keith was a good guy. We always enjoyed each other's company. I can honestly say that we never had a cross word. He was one of the few people I could get to laugh at my corny jokes!
He enjoyed a remarkable degree of physical coordination and strength. He could knock a golf ball literally out of sight. He was nice enough not to laugh at my worm burners.
Keith called me not too long ago from his home on St. Simon's Island. He said that he liked it there, and that he was happy.
We talked about the old days, when we would see each other at our grandparents' home in Bostwick, Georgia. So many good memories!
I am glad that I got the opportunity to share those memories with him.
Keith will be buried a couple of hundred yards from that old home place on Wednesday.
Hard to believe he is gone.
My thoughts and prayers go out to his daughter, cousin Carey Beth Peters.

Sending love and prayers during this difficult time.
Nick thought a lot of Keith. They played golf together.
No doubt, they are enjoying the greens in heaven!

We are so saddened to hear of Keith's passing. Our deepest condolences on your profound loss,
We both were in school with him, forever. Keith was a great guy and I remember him being funny as anything!☺ As I recall, he brought joy to every room he entered.
I must say, though, he has one thing we do not, he is already "there".
Everyone will mis you, and we will for sure, see you later, Keith!
